Bit of a surprise the first match. Empoli leading 2-0 till 80th when Iaquinta scores, for a Juve in ten men for the red to Almiron, an important goal for the second leg.

The winner of this match will play the quarter-finals against the winner of Reggina-Inter

Yesterday only a draw 1-1 for Fiorentina in Ascoli, but still put them in advantage for the 2nd leg

Milan 1-2 Catania

The world champs with their third lines lose at home against Catania, another shocking result of this round. Just Inter won of the big clubs

Milan played a great match, but 2 big errors in defence (digao, the little brother of kakà) make the 2 goals of catania
Paloschi is an interesting one, scored a great goal

Note: Totti made his 200th goal in career

Brilliant! Milan and Toro out and we are playing against Inter. and we will see Cassano playing nel Stadio Olimpico di Roma again. Coppa Italia is getting a lot more interesting than the Serie A itself

Udinese 3-2 Catania
Friulani down of one, won the home game with the goals of Pepe and Felipe

Sampdoria 1-1 Roma
Roma one man down from 17th minute (Mexes sent off for double yellow) and one goal down (Ziegler) got the equializer with Vucinic. Better Roma than Samp, more opportunities to score for giallorossi that missed several good ones with Vucinic and Mancini, the latter my man of the match today

Inter 0-0 Juventus, 5' first half

Roma got me so mad today. They had so many superb opportunities and they wasted them.

Vucinic disappointed me on that header with the open goal, also Mancini missed some good chances but he was awesome yesterday but with 10 men and without Totti I'm satisfied of the result after all
