Should be a good match, this one.

Spurs will be on a high after last weeks 5-1 demolition of Arsenal but can they pull one out of the bag two weeks in a row?

Ramos hasn't lost a knockout since the beginning of 2006 I think, then Spurs fans can think that is possible Very Happy

We'll get a dose of reality here I think.

Man Utd are the best team in the country, have countless matchwinners and their defence has tightened up considerably. I'll watch the game with plenty of hope and but not expectation.

We're playing very well mind and I'm confident that we'll play quite well. But you'd be brave (and stupid?) to back against Man Utd at Old Trafford.

Man Utd 2-1 Spurs I reckon Sad

If United play as they did against Villa then i'd wager a Spurs win.

All of a sudden i'm a bit more optimistic about this match after the Carling Cup - the momentum should be with you and confidence wise you'll be as high as can be.

Somehow i still feel United rising to the fore in a 3-2 win.

Should be a classic though (which means it inevitably won't be).

Should be a good game and i fancy Spurs getting a draw to send the tie back to White Hart Lane.

2-2.

I reckon it' be a dull scoreless game until around the 80minute mark and United will back two quick goals. Tevez to get both

i thought i stated somewhere earlier that i don't want my team to have a match against Spurs after the victory of the year..

and.. gosh.. i didn't recall anything about this match.. lol..

i hope fergie puts all regular players in the starting line-up.. including anderson..

i'd love to wish my team a slight winning by two goals to one.. of course..

I think if Spurs play like they played against Arsenal, they can earn a replay at WHL. Else it'll be a victory for United. Can't c a win for Spurs at OT though.

Well since we're at home and we've only conceded 3 goals all season at home in the league, I don't think that there will be much change just because it's a cup match. We have no new injury worries outside of Sahaha so it should be a very strong XI lining up. I'd expect a win or a draw at the very least, Spurs will push it hard but I think the lads will edge the result.

2-0 to United.

This will be a kick back into reality for Spurs with Man U winning and going through to the next round.

Lets not forget that before the Carling Cup game, although Spurs won, relegation battlers Sunderland were running rings around them quite comfortably and (Although I don't want to go on about it again) Arsenal did have a weakened team out.

I feel this will back a back to the norm couple of days.

Man U 3 - 0 SCUM

for 30 mins of the match, the rest of which they were completely dominated, but dont let the facts get in the way of a good yarn pk.

Oh really did Arsenal put out a weakened team? I completely forgot, what with all the Arsenal fans bleating on about it leading up to, during, and after the match Rolling Eyes

Tevez equalizes 1-1

Long ball up towards giggs, Poor header by Dawson straight up in the air fell to giggs who shielded then let tevez whack it past Cerny from close range.
