For some reason it has been a very pleasant match to watch. I liked Pirlo the most for Italy.

Nice also the new shirts, except the horrible numbers

Didn't watch it but this is an important victory for Italy, even if it was only a friendly.
Any injuries?

As Alucard said Totti retired from the national team, there were still De Rossi, Aquilani Cassetti and Perrotta though Evil or Very Mad

I disagree, we've no one that can do what Totti does and many midfielders that can do the job of De Rossi, even better sometimes

Bad ?

Everybody is glad Totti doesn't play anymore for Italy, he didn't do 1/50 of what he does for Roma

But do you think he does it on purpose? It's clear Totti is a fantastic player, although there's no player who can play always at his highest level... anyway, I think Totti has played some good matches with Italy.

Does on purpose or not doesn't really matter, if a footballer doesn't fit well in NT he must be dropped.
No Manager had nuts to do that but atleast he chose to leave so it's good.

He's ways more usefull at Roma, so everybody is happy

Don't be so negative about his experience with the national team, there're players that made worse than him. Someone (like Del Piero) has been the cause of many elimantions from European and World Cups. Totti never reached his 100% with Italy but gave always his best and even in the last World Cups where he played crap, he made lots of assists for us

Pirlo is the most important player of the national team and of AC milan

I really dont understand why he still didnt win the golden ball, he won EVERYTHING, but he probably pay lack of personality

I think the golden ball means nothing. I mean there are many players that deserve it...
Anyway, the bad thing about Totti is that he sometimes loses his nerves and is sent off because of that Confused

I wouldn't say Totti played crap. He wasn't bad. He did a good, unspectacular job. It's just we're used to him being spectacular.

Oh and the golden ball is the biggest farcical in football.

Zidane winning it was embarrassing.
