Barca waste a chance to put real pressure on Real Madrid . If they're to challenge for the title , Barca have to put a run of wins together ; maybe 6 or 7 games on the trot .

Conaldinho, there were no penalties, just a red card Sticky, Sevilla didn't win  It was a draw (1-1) |

Having watched the game, I am still undecided whether it was two points dropped by Barcelona or one point gained.
Throughout the first half I was convinced that Sevilla were going to win and quite comfortably. Valdes, the Barcelona goalkeeper, I felt kept Barcelona in the game, though Capel's goal was well deserved for the home team. At half time I was sure that Barcelona would have been grateful to escape from the game with a point, but on the second half performance I am equally convinced that Barcelona would have been upset not to take all three points. Xavi's goal to make it 1-1 from Messi's through ball was a result of some good football, and in playing against 10 men for the last few minutes, the pressure should have paid dividends 1-1 was probably a fair result based on the two halfs, but it does give Real a chance to extend their lead |
