With king & Dawson likely to miss the final is Huddlestone experienced enough in the role to partner Woodgate .

Sky Sports News have said King is a doubt for the final.

I think if Huddlestone can become quicker and a better defender that would be his best position because then he'll have more time on the ball when he gets it to pick out the passes he loves to hit. When hes playing ing midfield he gets the ball and is almost always being closely marked so has no space and time to play those passes we know hes good at so maybe hed get more space and time playing at centre half.

p.s Do people think Zokora will play the final? or should i say do people think he should play in the Final?

I cant remember if he played in the semis but even if he didnt i think he deserves his place in the starting XI as he helped us through the other stages, and i think he has been excellent under Ramos.

I would rather have Zokora than Huddlestone. Chimbonda has been looking sharp at left back recently. Hutton has settled in nicely. I hope King is fit to partner Woodgate, but I am gutted for Dawson.

May be a blessing in disguise as his peformances have been poor of late but granted is a huge blow for him personnaly and i feel he would deserve his place in the side as he has played every other cc game, i think. Shocked

Yes i'd have Zokora aswell, i think he will be fired up he lost out in the African cup of nations so i think he will be ready to give his all to stop himself missing out on 2 major cups in the space of a couple of weeks. Also think his tenacity and energy will be essential huddlestone could come off the bench where he'll have more time and space on the ball and more gaps will of appeared for him to play the ball in to.

I don't see this as Huddlestone's type of game. He likes a lot of time on the ball to pick out a pass, which he gets against lesser teams when the tempo is slower.
