I've noticed this new blogs tab along the top menu. What exactly are blogs, and what are they used for?

Still being worked on at the moment but if everything works out I think you'll be able to set up your own blog so other people can read your rants or whatever you want to talk about.

Whats a blog...

Basically just a diary type of thing where you talk about whatever you want.

It keeps telling me to log in, but when I put in my username & pass it says invalid.

Will us mortals be able to write our own. I'm guessing there will be some sort of post count relation or otherwise some sort of qualification status for blogging to make sure we don't get drivel.

Since it's in its early stages I believe that the website higher ups have limited them to mods at the moment to iron out any crinkles.
