congratulations to Spurs a thoroughly deserved victory -

it just p*sses me off that bloody Alan Smith was going on about Chelsea not being at their best as is the usual excuses given when one of the big 4 lose.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS SUCH A GOOD DAY FOR THE CLUB, WINNING A TROPHY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN LIKE 9 YEARS AND EUROPEAN FOOTBALL NEXT SEASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And may i add we deserved it, we were by far the better team. Obviously they battered us in the last 10 mins but that always happens. We passed the ball better made better chances and didnt act like a poof like Drogba.

CHAMPIANOS CHAMPIANOS. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

I know its only Carling Cup but still a great feeling to remember what it felt like to win a trophy.

Great result. Which also means the premier league games will not feel as crucial anymore since we got european football.

In all fairness the ref had quite a good game but i did shout at him everytime he gave something against Spurs.

He was there cheering with the trophy. He looked very happy. I think he accepts that Ramos did the right thing for the team, but at the time he frustrated because he was playing quite well, and wasn't taken off because of his performance.

I think some people are being a little harsh on him. I'm sure it was just the frustration that got the better of him.

Stuff that man, a Cup is a Cup and you should be as proud and as happy as anything.

You knocked out Arsenal and beat Chelsea in the final, the two finalists last season.

This is such a great result on so many levels.

We got European football for next season, no pressure in the league at all now can focus on the UEFA Cup.

Convince Berbatov we and ramos are winners and he can acheive whatever he likes with us.

Give King a trophy to lift, best part of the day.

Woody and Hutton are Yids now.

Stuff the title, its onlky the Carling Cup but the other things it means to us is priceless.

When he was substituted he went straight down the tunnel without going near huddlestone who came on. Jono i heard that Chimbonda has apologised to Ramos and the main coaching staff and to the players and Ramos has accepted that as he was angry in such a big game.

Not sure if its true though, i heard he did it during the end of the 90 mins and the start of the extra time.

Ye i know i dont care id be just as happy even if we won the uefa cup. I just said it because i thought all the Chelsea fans and maybe a few Arsenal fans would say " Its only the Carling Cup. "

I would of liked it if Jol had won something as now he most probably will be completely forgotten as Ramos has won a trophy within a few months.

Exactly. I think i would of reacted the same in such a huge game in our season.

I would of loved it if Zokora had scored his first Spurs goal when he had the glorious chance.

I don't want to hear anyone say ''it's ONLY the Carling Cup''. This is huge for Tottenham. They've beaten two huge teams. Chelsea take this as seriously as anything. Chelsea have been treating this competition with respect for years now, and that's upped the prestige of it.

Agreed, At the end of the day it's silverwear and only a select few win something at come the end of the season. When we beat United in the Carling cup it was the sweetest of our victories in that competition but it was a great feeling when we beat Birmingham back in 2001 also. A cup is a cup to quote J-Axe again.

THE FINAL - Tottenham Hotspur v Chelsea FC
