Congratulations to West Ham based on their two leg performance in my opinion they deserve to go to Cardiff!

Will it be Preston or Derby in the final!

With a 2 nil lead Preston are in the driving seat!

Bobby Dazzler by the way - what a strike!

Good luck to Ipswich next season!

i dont like ipswich so im glad that the hammers did it in the end.

Feel very sorry for Ipswich. They played extremely well all season, and just missed out on automatic promotion.

They will feel very hard done by.
