Biggest cuts over the last few days see Byron Leftwich released by the Falcons and linebacker Zach Thomas released after many, many years at the Dolphins, who have also cut eight other players including Trent Green.

April 26-27th.

I'll be providing complete coverage of the first round as well as featuring potential top picks for each team a couple of weeks before the draft.

Have 49ers signed anyone?
Any good QBs we might be able to sign from the draft?

Laughing Niners were supposed to pick 7th, but they traded that to the New England Patriots of all teams, and now SF is stuck with pick 29 which they acquired from the Indianapolis Colts. 49ers are looking at getting Quentin Groves from Auburn. I've not seen much of him, but he looks like a solid defensive end who will probably get a starting spot with the Niners anyway.

Good. Nice to hear someone solid that won't concede points!

Oh. I forgot. 49's! Very Happy

Laughing When your best defensive end is coming straight out of college, I wouldn't be too happy. Laughing

Not in a while. Draft is soon, then training camp. I'll try to provide a good coverage of it.

So far the New England Patriots would be a favourite to win it all next season as they have signed Randy Moss into a long-term deal and they have a high draft pick.

Seattle Seahawks may be releasing Shaun Alexander soon as they have signed 2 other star running-backs. How the mighty have fallen. Only 2 years ago, Alexander was the MVP.
