Leeds Appealling? |
|
Just read on the skysports site that Leeds are taking the FA to the High Court to get back the 15 poitns they were deducted at the start of the season.
It doesn't say on what grounds they are appealing. I though it was written into FA rules that going into administration was an automatic points deductions? Is there anyone who can clarify for me? |

I'm not to sure but i don't think the 15 point deduction was for administration, was it? I thought they had the ten points taken off them when they were relegated from the Championship

yeah the 15 points where for something stupid.we already got deducted 10 points.that relegated us.so we should get our points back

Well the rules state a 10 point deduction for going into administration. So if you view it that Leeds were already relegated in the championship, then carry -10 points into this season for league 1.
So by my calculations, Leeds should be awarded 5 points back on this season. |

they would go second if they were given 15 pts back ...it wont happen though .. dont see how they could work it ..anyway why appeal now ...is it because they have lost it a bit since Gus Poyet and Dennis wise left ..

You could give leeds there points back and it wont make much of a difference? there form has gone and they are playing rubbish . can not see them making the playoffs |
