Because england has 3 teams that should not be there then obviosly is taking the place and the opportunity to smaller teams in weaker leagues do do well. Its just monopoly control. Uefa know that no one wants to be sponsoring AEK v ROSENBORG(with all due respect to these teams) but if their chance wasnt great in the old format then now defenetly will take a miracle for any team like that to have sucess.
