League champions 1989-90

FA cup 1991-1992

League cup 1994-1995

That is early 90's. Not bad I'd say. Even better than now.

League Cup
2000-01
2002-03

FA Cup
2000-01
2005-06

European Champions
2005

European Super Cup
2001
2005

How were the 90's better?

And not forgetting the UEFA Cup there Gaz. Plus a Champions League runners-up deserves a mention.

i'd hoped we'd get barnsley, it's a 50/50 between us and for a cup semi i'm well happy with those odds,
i'm sure this game will be on the sunday, as i can't see the met wanting 40,000 city on the streets of london on a saturday

As weird as it sounds i'm hoping Barnsley get Portsmouth, another chance to be the huge underdog,a position where Barnsley really love being,Pompey would have loads to lose whereas Barnsley could relax more having already surpassed everyones expectations

since when do you support barnsley? Rolling Eyes

I was born in Barnsley

the only sour note in all these shock wins is they all get to go to Wembley which is a shame as only the semi final .. If Cardiff go out they can say `well we played at Wembley` a phrase that should be reserved for the ultimate achievement of getting to the FA Cup Final ... the FA ARE COMPLETE ARSES

I totally agree Conner, but then again teams like Cardiff and Barnsley won't get better opportunities to play at Wembley

That's stupid. Barnsley / Cardiff is the more interesting match.
