Sweden (and Finland to by the way) have one of the best public sponsored childcare system in the world, so that shouldn't be a big problem.

Normally in the range of 2000 to 4000£/month, Kalamri probably somewhere in the upper range of it, still not much to pay a nanny with an au-pair possibly.
