Alex Fergusson has set his sites on Owen to help bolster Uniteds attack. Fergie sees the Real Madrid striker as the answer to United’s problems up front after their worst goals tally in 15 years.

very unlikely he is like beckham he has found his form at thye end of the season and he is proving a hit with the real madrid fans and he will probaly finish his career there with them or move when he is 35 to a club like Bolton if big sam is in charge cause he likes his bargains

Owen should stay in myopinion but on the other hand hes not getting the chances he needs to make it for the world cup 2006 as well as regular starts.

Man Utd dont need him, Ruud is quality if he gets a full season, and Rooney can only get better. Ole Solskeajear is back soon, and they still have smith, saha and Rossi.

I think he would do well for United. If they want to play a 4-3-1-2 formation with Owen and Ruud up front and Rooney behind them, I think this would be a great signing.

I think that fergie should get Owen. Uniteds record this season is appalling, there are too many draws, and we've lost to teams in the bottom half to often. Hopefully with Owen will can score more goals... mind you, Solskjaer is coming back...

The biggest guns dont work without the right ammo.

the ammo - is midfield,

4-3-1-2

With Rooney behind RVN and Smith.

Spend the money on a play maker, someone who can challenge Scholes.

Giggs, has got fortune on his trail and he has been great,

They need someone like Ballack and they would be good.
