Tigers defeat upsets brown |
|
Hull City manager Phil Brown accused his players of gifting Cardiff City the points after Wednesday's 1-0 defeat at Ninian Park. The in-form Tigers missed the chance to consolidate their place in the final play-off spot and afterwards Brown was unhappy with the missed opportunity. "We knew if we played Cardiff on the wrong night we would be in for a hard game but we still gifted them the three points," he claimed. "It was very frustrating. This was a big opportunity for us because of the way the results have gone but we have missed it. "In the second half we had plenty of opportunities to get the ball into the danger area but for some reason tonight the spark was missing." |

Was it that poor a game!!
That is harsh i would like to see Hull in the play-offs they are a good club, and some good players. Although no direspect i think they may struggle a bit in the Prem, they have a small squard. |

They do seem to be on the up somewhat agreed, and with a little more confidence and one or two stronger signings i think the playoffs could be a realistic ambition sooner rather than later.
