For a start, defeat doesn't mean Benitez isn't a master of the Champions League. His record is one of the best in Europe, and better than Fergie's, who has been in it for many many years. Benitez has reached more finals than him in the last 3 years with a side of less quality. Don't you think he deserves all the praise he gets in that competition?

After all, he gets a barrage of criticism whenever they don't do it in other competitions, so he deserves the praise when he warrants it in other competitions.

He rightly deserves praise for his CL record, but some of you guys make out like he owns the bloody competition!

If you lose to Arsenal then the reality might start to hit Liverpool fans that your league record is not good enough. At the moment it appears as if he's a one tournament wonder. Most true Liverpool fans want the league title, particularly as their fierce rivals Man Utd are homing in their record 18 league titles.

I don't care who wins or loses the match, like I said I'll just enjoy the tie and laugh at the loser!
