Papa5murf, do you think the title race if over for Arsenal or do you think you can come back?

Not 100% over. There have been many twists and turns throughout the year, even ones that none of us could have seen coming. There's still a few big games to come, but the chances of a comeback are slim. We need to win-out to even have a chance. But even then we need a bunch of other things to go our way, and United and Chelsea to drop points.

I feel we need to put all our energy and resources into the CL now. At least in that competition, it's all depended on our play, and we don't have to rely on another team to screw up. We win, we advance; and in the finals, we win, we are champions. It's 100% on us to win it.

I know you asked 5murf, but I'll give my view anyway. Wink

You cannot say that it's over until it is actually over or it is impossible for us to win it. We can still win it and in football anything can happen. But I think you will see Arsenal prioritise the Champions League in the coming weeks and I don't think Man Utd will slip up too many times in the League games.

Anything can happen, and this team has enough quality to win every game from here on in - although that would be very difficult and even if we do so, I don't see Man Utd dropping 5 points or more.

Either way, it's no big loss. We have had a great season. To be beaten only twice at this stage and considered challengers and having sat at the top for so long with such injuries is a great achievement. Great progression for this squad and I doubt many Arsenal fans will be feeling negative at the end of the season.

Man Utd are very strong. The top four are strong and this League is getting stronger and more difficult to crack.

I would be quite upset if we don't lift up any silverware this year. We've played so brilliantly all season (till the Eduardo mishap which has derailed us). However; on the bright side, all these guys are young, and they will only get better and better and more mature. The future is very bright for Arsenal. We have our core in place, now Wenger needs to go out and get some quality cover for key positions and get more depth in the squad so we can truly compete on all 4 fronts to the fullest of our abilities regardless of fatigue and injuries.

Its a shame he dosn't show as much passion against Chelsea as he does versus Birmingham. I thought everyone was saying he did it because he cared so much Confused

I agree, and the dubious penalty call in extra time to make the result a draw.

Or just because hes a clown.

Any player that holds his club to ransom by threatening to score own goals is scum in my opinion.
