Alright heres the situation.

Reagan (ALF) is the coach of our team. Hes got great knowledge of the game, really great. But! he and i both need to know how to get his knowledge and skill across to the other guys in the team. First of all they are all too obsessed with "playing with each other" at training, secondly they are just unco. There there skill level is that of an 8 year old. Just simple stuff like being able to trap the ball and passing STRAIGHT! They cant even do that. It is embarrasing to watch us play it really is. I try to hold my midfield but they're no use to me, ill pass them the ball hoping they can alteast hang on for a bit and give it to some1 else, but nooo they just chose to kick it up field to no body. We might as well just play 1-1-1, a keeper, me and a forward. Would probably have more a chance of getting the ball in the goal with just that.

Anyway just wondering if anyone out there has any good info on just being able to teach the simple stuff, and how to keep the simple minded people on track and focused.
