Pretty much safe i'd say now (but not certain as a few teams have played a game less) after a 2 - 0 win over mid-table Burnley. It's very tight down the bottom, but they'd need alot of results to go against them to go down if they perform badly in the last few games.

Norwich's run in...

Ipswich (A) - Local Derby.
West Brom (H)
QPR (H) - 2 points above Norwich.
Sheff Wed (A) - Below Norwich.

Yesterday was huge but we are not safe yet. So long as we pick up 2/3 points from the last 4 games we should be OK. Shouldn't be a problem if the team play as well as in the last 3 games. Would love to be safe before the last home game so we can give Dion Dublin the goodbye he deserves before the game....

By all accounts it was a hugely dominant performance yesterday over Burnley and the scoreline could of been more emphatic.

Absolutely, in fact we played Bristol City off the park last week as well....Huckerby on fire again. One unsung hero has been Alex Pearce who is on loan from Reading- a calm ball playing centre back who is a credit to his club....amazed that James Henry is so highly rated as he had an absolute mare as a Norwich player whereas Pearce has been top quality.

I'm very glad indeed to hear Pearce doing so well, he's rated very highly as a youngster around here and is one we want for the future I'm sure. Henry is rated highly also but has never really played first team football before, my first real glimpse of him was out on tour pre season in Korea, in which he played half an hour here or there. I think he may have been a little overawed by it all, he needs to just get his head back down in the reserves here and regroup before inevitable going out on loan again next year.

A Bournemouth fan told me it was the opposite when the two of them were there earlier in the season-Henry made the bigger impact. To be fair, Henry only started one game- when Hucks was dropped - we lost 4-0 at Leicester and he was taken off after an hour- fans found it hard to see their hero kept back in Norfolk and Henry in his place. He never got another chance and Reading could see little point in him sitting around not playing.

Yeah at Bournemouth he was there for a little while, i forgot that actually, we sent a few lads out there and they all seemed to do quite well. Did we revoke the loan? I thought you sent him back? I personally am more excited about Hal Robson Kanu as far as our youth widemen go.

Roeder said he had a call from Reading that they were not happy that he was not involved and decided to send him back so that we could get someone else in. Henry was unlucky in that he was competing for a position where players suddenly returned to form and fitness whereas Pearce has taken advantage of suspensions and injury but he has done really well- a 19 year old who plays with the composure and maturity of a veteran.
