Arsenal have won there tenth FA cup. It was the first ever FA cup final penalty shoot-out and Lehamn save from Scholes's penalty won it for the Gunners. Arsenal's Patrick Viera scored the winning penalty were Caroll got his fingers to. Arsenal were on the back foot for the whole game, but Unites will rue there missed chances after failing to win. The better team definetley never won, but thats football you have to take youre chances to win, if you dont score you dont win if you dont win you lose.

Yes Arsenal won!
Very HappyVery Happy
Plus Arsenal deserved to win!!!!
What with Giggs purposely running into Lehamn coz he knew he could NOT score!
Plus what with Fortune tackling three of my teams players!
And yet the referee did nothing bout it!
But congrats to lovely Arsenal and Ljungberg!

You obvioulsey dont know a thing about football. Arsenal were absouloutly battered fro 120 minutes and somehow got anyway with it. Wenger was tactically outclassed by Fergie, and RVN was very unlucky not to have sccored. Nobody played well for Arsenal. Man Utd played really well.

It proves once again about Manchester United Keepers, Carrol didnt even look like he would save one.

But thats when people like cassilias and Buffon count.

I am not saying that the penalties were bad, but you have to expect your keeper to make better efforts then that.

They were battered, they never deserved to win they deserved to lose. Yes they defended well, but got a lot of luck. No affence, but I think you should just admit it, just because they won doesnt mean they played better.

Arsenal were VERY lucky. We should have easily won and dominated the whole game. Ronaldo and Rooney were CLASS.

Utd deserved to win, I dont care what anyone thinks. Even some of the Arsenal team admitted it.

They didnt defend well either, look at all the times Rooney and Ronaldo got behind the defence.

No team with 1 shot on target in 120 minutes deserves to win any game. Utd had about 30 chances and Arsenal were just lucky.

Arsenal defended well? did you see how easily ronaldo went past Lauren? atleast 5 times, the only difference was that we couldn't find a goal, how saves did Roy Carroll have to make? 1, how many did Lehmann have to make? atleast 5, not including the shot that hit the post and the goal line clearance, how many corners did Arsenal have? 1 compared to united's 12. united had a total of 20 shots, 8 on target 12 off, Arsenal 1 shot on target and 8 off target. united were on top for atleast 100 minutes, the best team lost

Rooney and Ronaldo terrorised Cole and Lauren cole the so-called "best left back in the world"

Heinze is far better, if he were there today, eventhough he's a defender we may have won, though we should won anyway.

Rooney and ronaldo are so close to being world class now, they can do it internationally, domestically and in Europe.

Arsenal were absolutly killed by Man United today but the inability of the Man U strikers to finish cost them dear in the end, what was RVN like, he tried a neat flick when he should of hammered it in the net!

As for the keepers, carrol never looked like saving nay penalty, you vould tell from his face he wasnt confident, and Lehman was an absolute saviour for Arsenal today which just proves how good he really is!

lehmann messes up now and a agin but he does get undue stick because he looks bad when he as good defence infront of him, and Shay Given looks good because of the crap defence infront of him (not saying Given is crap just that his defence makes him look better than he actually is)

K I have just realized most of you are right Lauren was a bit moody with Ronaldo and I admit Man Utd did have more shots on target but Arsenal werent only bad ones their you must admit Man Utd did do some bad tackles...

Bad tackles! It makes everything so much more entertaining if tackles are flying in, raises the passion. Man Utd deserved to win easily which amuses me, but i also hate to see those bloody Arsenal fans win another cup.
Chris Waddle had you in both finals! [beep!] the replays!
John Sheridan in 1991 for you Man Utd fans!!
Wednesday til i die!
