Hitzfeld admits bayern luck

Bayern Munich coach Ottmar Hitzfeld admitted Getafe were the better team and that his players rode their luck to reach the UEFA Cup semi-finals.

The tournament favourites found themselves 3-1 down to the Spanish side in extra-time of their quarter-final second leg, before two Luca Toni strikes in the final five minutes secured their nervy passage on the away goals rule.

I didn't see the game, but was getting regular updates - seemed quite a game Wink

Ribery and Luca Toni, well Luca Toni in particular saved them from an unfortunate defeat to the "underdogs" Getafe who in my eyes are becoming a greater team every season!
