Let's watch Mcbride save another tem from relegation like he did for Everton a few seasons back,only to have them not offer him a renewed contract for his effort.

I was going to mention Mcbride after watching the highlights last night, It looked like he was the inspirational captain. He scored, hit the bar, was tracking back and defending and he even made a great clearance when Reading had a corner and nearly scored. Good performance from the Yank. |
I'm Glad you said 'Good performance FROM a yank" and FOR a yank.
McBride has been quality for years and has not gotten the respect due ,BECAUSE he's a "yank" which is sad.
I wasn't a big fan of Bullard when they were giving him all kinds of great praise,but i must say he is a good player.He dug himself out of that psychological barrier of respect i tend to build about certain players, like Stephen *unt , which is almost impossible.He can certainly take a god free kick and he works hard.It would be a shame if Fulham go down but i still see
Bolton and Reading before them.
