Benito Floro is the new manager of Real Madrid and he will be the substitute of Arrigo Sacchi.

Floro was the coach of Real Madrid, Albacete, Monterrey and any team of Japan.

Do you think it will help to change the situation of Real Madrid ?

I thought Lopez Caro was there until the end of the season but I dont think he will do much. The fans dont like the players and the players are not comfortable when they are being booed. It might help a bit but they still wont come close to barca

Real need a well proven respected manager. Who can get in there sort the team out get a smile on the fans faces. What they need is a talented player who will run around for you in the centre of midfield. They need a creative player next to him. And to hard working fast wingers. There defence needs to start being more no nonsence. They need to try and get that flair out of the team and win with hard work !

Maybe this thread has been misunderstood. Benito Floro is not the new manager of Real Madrid, he is the General Director of the team. Lopez Caro is still the coach and probably will be until the season finishes.

Personally, I dont think it makes ANY difference who they install in as Manager or General Director, as long as he is still there as President- then there is no hope. Florentino Perez will always be calling the shots.
