I spent some time living in Copenhagen and devloped a love for heading to Parken Stadium to see FC Copenhagen. Great to see them take the title twop years running!

Anyone else into this overlooked league?

Today AIK sold young midfielder Robert Åhman-Persson to Viborg. His contract was going out this winter and Anders Linderoth have a good hand with youngsters so I guess that was two strong points for him to move, sad for AIK though.

Refresh my memory - AIK got promoted to the Allsvenskan for the 2006 season then finished 2nd right? Sounds like definately a good signing for Viborg, they didn't exactly perform well last season - 9th I think they finished (out of 12 teams).

The Superliga kicks off on July 18th, I will be catching a few FC Cophenhagen games a bit later this year hopefully Very Happy

In 2005 AIK beat the Superettan and got up to Allsvenskan, and last year in Allsvenskan 2006 we finished only one [beep!] point behind the champions.

This year however we are only 11 of 14 in 13 of 26 games, but it's a very tight competition.

I guess he will play with ex AIK-player Martin Åslund at central midfield. Robert has a good heart out on the pitch and a strong shot, but he needs to work on his technique with the ball as with passes for example.

I'm going to the derby (aka. The New Firm) on Sunday 2/12 in Parken, and I will stand on the Coca-Cola stand, so I bet you can guess what team I support.... Twisted Evil

For how long did you live in Copenhagen?
