Totti out for 4 months

Francesco Totti suffered yesterday a knee ligament injury that will force him out the pitch for 4 months. AS Roma captain went out the pitch on a stretcher before the end of the home match against Livorno ended 1-1. Totti underwent surgery this afternoon will be back in time for the start of next season assures doctor Pierpaolo Mariani

Do you think Totti will continue to play after next season?

I honestly thought that he was going to retire after this season.

No I don't think he will retire any soon. Maybe in the case he'll raise the CL in Roma next year there's a possibility but I very much doubt it. If he'll have no problems to recover from this injury he'll keep for several years
