2-2 final score

i suppose we need to look at this as a good comeback. it doesnt make next weeks game against Chelsea any easier.

i hate match of the day. there was four goals in the first half, i know the second wasnt as good, but they shouldnt put us on last. i know for a fact their was action that they could have showed but didnt have the time. they didnt even show when West Ham hit bar. what a joke!

match of the day are rubbish sometimes...but your game wasnt really worth anything...most of the games featured teams in the relegation zone, which is a bit more exciting than two middle of the table teams playing Confused buuuuut i see where you're coming from Smile

I missed that game on match of the day. But for match of the day to not a show a shot that hit the bar is forgiveable. You can't much closer without scoring!

MOTD is sh*t sometimes. It [beep!] me off.

I'm pleased with the 2-2 result and keeping our 5 points lead over Spurs and Newcastle in the table...
The Toon boys were murdered in the first half and I cant belive they managed to steal a draw!!

I wonder if we could do the unthinkable again next week and take all three points up at Old Trafford!!
If only we had a Paulo Di Canio or Carlos Tevez to stand up and be noticed but theres always Ashton!

i'm not complaining, i got home late from work last night Laughing

i dont we've made a comeback quite like this one in a long time. i think even i thought West Ham were going to be comfortable winners when they went 2-0 up. overall im happy with the result, kept our unbeaten run going for another week. i think it may end next week though.

Oba Martins pure class ,best player on the team the whole season.Newcastle are lucky to have him and even luckier if they can keep him over the summer.Arsenal could use a man like that ,he's not in the Gunners Mold so to speak ,but technically he's good enough,he never get's injured ,got energy for days and makes something out of nothing.what a f*cking star ,he needs to move to a bigger team.

So what your saying is, teams like Newcastle don't deserve a player like Martins because he's too good for them? Ok yeah your right, only the top 4 are allowed all the good players!

i can tell you have not watched all the Newcastle games this season. I do like martins and hes a useful member of our team, but hes far from being our player of the season. he was away in that african cup and he also was injured. but you think that because you have watched a few Newcastle matches that you know everything. Martins can be great but he doesnt have a footballing brain and picks the wrong option so many times, this is what holds him back. He has games when he does nothing and others like yesterday when he was important. I would put Beye, Butt and Harper as players who have played better then Martins this season.
So next time you comment on a player from a different team, make sure you use facts or you know what your talking about. Ok? Wink

NO! What i'm saying is is that Oba is of the quality to move to a better team,no disrespect to Newcastle but that is reality at his point in time.Oba deserves a club like Arsenal who play as a team and where ego's are the last thing he needs to worry about. At times at Newcastle he couldn't buy a pass off of Owen and that's the managers fault.I think Newcastle are too sentimental of a club to be great ,and caressing Owens fragile ego
is proof of that.A season ago Toon were one of the clubs i enjoyed watching ,but the treatment of Oba earlier in the season left a sour taste.

JUST LEAVE!
Are you stupid! Owen is the one linking the midfield up to the forwards. You know nothing about Newcastle and yet you stil comment. I have seen oba play more times then you and he is not good enough to get a game every week for Arsenal. I personally love him, but the step up and the change in football style is too much for him. he doesnt think like an Arsenal player.

West Ham Vs Newcastle!
