As FG often is, they were slightly behind the times...but you mentioned them so another point for the mighty Forest......clues for the other three 1) like Charlton the mens team dropped them and now they are outside the Premier League - they are my favourite team.... 2) this change over of teams happened last Sunday 3) go West but not as far as answer 5

Two more for twm.... one and two correct in question two the independently run Royals have been replaced by the Madjeski outfit who have only been going for two years . As you have now got four points and were the only person kind enough to try my anorak questions I hereby declare Twmcat the winner .... and look forward to questions based on North Wales football ...btw the other answer was Keynsham Town who are a great club who get next to no recognition - their Brazilians Sheila and Ana are fantastic players.

Thanks Pat - I should have remembered Southampton.

An old guy I knew when I was young used to ask "crafty" footie questions, and I remember him asking "Who was the last team to win the FA Cup without an Englishman in the side?"

We spent ages, before giving up, and were told "Southampton Ladies" Laughing

I'd never have got Keynsham Shocked
But I remember Horace Bachelor from there Laughing

OK - I'll ask a few prompted by the FA final this year (and don't cheat by checking FG Mag Wink), not that all the answers are in there.

1. Which player will be playing in her home city in the final?
2. Which team does the Leeds goalie from the 2006 final now play for?
3. Which player is the famous Ken's current fave player?
4. Which Arsenal player is nicknamed "Dopey"?
5. Which player, according to FG Mag, has holiday photos showing "50 different ways of covering her decency wearing just one piece of clothing"?

I seem to remember Ken liked Lianne because she was a goalscorer...Gemma Faye went back up North of the border to Hibernian I think.....but as to which exhibitionist Leeds girl was mentioned in those excellent character studies in FG....can't recall her name BTW did Horace Batchelor come from Keynsham ?...I think he was the famous memory man, I was going to use the album title by the Bonzos as a clue till I realised that nobody on here would be a fan of 1960's bands !

Yes - Ken likes Lianne, and Gemma went to Hibs, so it's 2-2.

I remember Horace Batchelor regularly advertising his method of winning the football pools (was it his "infra-draw method"?) on the radio, and he gave the address to write to as Keynsham, which he spelt out, so that's one place-name I won't get wrong Very Happy
I don't know much else about him though.

No, I got Ken's fave, Lianne.......Its the one about the Leeds player who likes to sunbathe....since many people on here are at the Final I'll take advantage , give the answer Liv Thackeray who came on at end of the game and set some Cup Final related questions

I asked smithy to look after my questions while I wasn't around much, and she confuses the answer I told her with the question Laughing
Pat was right of course, and it's legend's turn next, but just for completeness, here are my guesses for other 2 questions:

2. Fulham, 2-0 ?
3. ? 7
