As you said, it was only his second season in-charge.
Everton has never been known to sack their managers in panic. The board and management has always been patient and supportive. And they have been rewarded. I have full confidence in Moyes and he is the one that has made
Everton into what it is today.
He has 'built' a team.... not bought one like many of the other teams in the premiership. Thus, we don't expect instant results or the pressure that comes with it. I hope the other owners can take
Everton as an ideal model of how a club should be run. The players we got are carefully selected and aside from footballing abilities, they must also have the right attitude. Just buying any available player in the market just because u have a suger daady owner won't guarantee you success.
