According to evolutionary psychologists, hate is a reaction to people whose interests consistently conflict with one's own. People whose behavior threatens one's own survival interests are to be hated, while people whose behavior enhances one's survival prospects are to be liked or even loved (as in the case of offspring and other genetic kin).

I'm just pointing out that your use of words seems to typical of the Arsenal supporters on this thread. You all need to learn some respect.

Chelsea to win at least 3-0.....

united to be 1-0 up until the 90th minute then emile heskey(judging he's playing) to bullet a header off a dumbstruck Rooney.....

That would be sheer bliss

I'm just standing up for my team. If you are going to post up nonsense like that then it will draw my comment. I expect that sort of rubbish from the majority of punters on here but not from someone like yourself.

Obviously you don't understand. Your comment shows complete disrespect for people from Manchester.

coming from a united fan that really is funny.....there is no such thing as grace and dignity were you lot are concerned.....

i am positive that when united lose there way you wont be as subjective as many other fans are....

the reason people hate united has nothing to do with jealousy its because of the attitude of your playing staff your manager and the supporters.....they all have god complexes

are you trying to imply that i'm stupid? because you would be quite wrong! i dont see how my comment shows disrespect for people from manchester! if you're referring to the term "mancs" that i used...thats just what i call Man U fans...same as i'd call West Ham fans hammers or Spurs fans yids! dear me. i'm quite fond of people from manchester actually, Take That are from there and i very much like those Smile

Are you a psychologist?

Manchester City Football Club happen to be Rach and mine's second favourite team thanks to a visit we paid there to see the other four Mancunian's we love, Take That!

I want Chelsea to win simply because I also hate the manc's but that happens to be because my ex-boyfriend was a Man U supporter so now I hate them Laughing

That may be how you perceive things. Maybe it's you that has the complex. There is little difference in the attitude of managers and players of ALL teams in the EPL, and in top European leagues.

nonsense?

i simply said i would like to see ferguson go into a rage over his team losing the title to a refereeing decision. i would enjoy that very much. childish? if you say so. jealous and bitter? absolutely not. i assume you are referring to saturdays game. i couldnt care less about it mate. why would i be jealous of Man United? my club are not in their league in terms of triophies but is that the be all and end all? many of your fans are priced out of going and your ground is nothing more than a tourist attraction now. the fans are from all over the country and indeed the world and you have nothing in common with them. give me my local club with local people any day of the week.

the hilarious irony of you, a Man United fan, instructing anyone to learn to lose with grace and dignity raised a laugh so thanks for that. im sure that wasnt lost on you.

i dont dislike Man United, i dislike arrogant sets of fans, Man United, Arsenal, Spurs all have a huge arrogance about their support. (to name but a few). i also dislike ferguson and enjoy his pathetic rants just a bit more than i enjoy his graham norton style celebrations. it would amuse me highly if he lost the plot over his team losing out to a dodgy decision after all the 'luck' they have had over the years in terms of decisions.

i would prefer Chelsea to win the double purely because of the hammering avram grant has received from all angles and yet has maintained his dignity and earned my respect.

is that bitter and jealous? i think not. if anything i would feel bitter and jealous towards west london rivals Chelsea who, before abramovich, were a team very similar to mine. however i like to think im better than that.

there are other reasons that people dislike other clubs than jealousy etc. dont be so narrow minded to always put it down to that. the tunnel vision of some fans baffles me at times.

being an Arsenal supporter who has suffered years of dominance from Man Utd in the 90`s and now continuing in the 2000`s i must admit i am a bit jealous of the fact Man Utd have won so many titles and we have had to fight for the scraps ...5 titles in all those years .. Sad

I do respect what a great side they have been though and still are ....and what a legend Sir Alex Ferguson has been to them ....unbelievable success he has brought to the club .

But also i think it is just natural for a rival supporter to want someone else to win the title rather than one of your main enemy teams ...so to speak .. If it were Tottenham and Man Utd going for the title i would wish Man Utd to win ..

Wigan vs Manchester United & Chelsea vs Bolton Wanderers
