Exactly torres 99 you havent even been linked with a move for him weve been strongly linked with him ever since Ramos has joined.

okay relax just an admirer of his talents and id like him at Liverpool if we didnt get the other players i mentioned

jesus someone is in a bitchy mood

Simply stating the facts. You were the one complaining when you thought we were going to sign Capel anyway so hush your chops.

i was not complaining i was merley stating i liked the player and trying to throw a bit of humour in there as well with the nooooo comment.....

it looks like it has not worked ......so i apologize if i caused offence.......

enough of the pre-menstrual yobbo back to the topic etoo i think is too selfish just like berbatov....stick with keane and bent (who is a good player) and maybe huntelaar could be further option

I'd rather have Berbatov than Eto'o. Better all round game, doesn't rely as heavily on the players around him, and isn't injury prone.

But... if we get a really class midfield going with a couple more signings like the Modric one then we will need a pure finisher striker like Eto'o more than a drop deep and make play striker like Berbatov, especially seeing as we already have one in Keane.

Berbatov doesn't score enough and he's such a moaner and a sulker. Eto'o has a big mouth off the field but his work rate in unquestionable on it.

Berbatov has 27 in 67 for Spurs. Eto'o has 77 in 104. Big, big difference there.

Agre fpt, but i think its a pointless comparison as although I do beleive we are in talks with Eto'o as so many sources are saying it, I dont believe he will come to us for one minute.

Spurs can break top four with Ramos and Eto'o I'm sure of it. Liverpool will be inconsistent again next year and with Eto'o plus some quality midfielders Spurs are looking good.

Officials are in Spain for talks with Eto'o and Barcelona after agreeing a fee of 25 mil Eruos. Berbatov is off to Milan for 27 Mil Euros. - ITK rumour.

Jono this news could get even better as i heard we were going to spain to see about the availability of Capel also. Will this be a double la liga swoop? Last season Man Utd were strongly linked with Nani then people found out they were in Portugal and they ended up signing Anderson aswell as Nani, Imagine if we signed Capel and Eto'o. Very Happy

On an unrelated Topic Jol is in talks with Hamburg. It would be a big move for Jol i reckon.

Daily Mail are saying we would only sell Berbatov to an english club for 10million more than we are asking from foreign clubs.

25 million to a foriegn club, 35 million to an english club.

Basically to price out any of the English clubs intrested in Dimitar.

I know thats why we are putting that price on his head, because we dont want to sell to an English club but if we have to we will get ridiculous amount.

This sounds pretty decent, but I still hope Berba stays.

Yeh me too but i very much doubt it know, as it sounds like even Ramos has given up. But you never know he may think we could go somewhere with signings we make.

I think thats true as I just heard in Sporstcenter ESPN that ManU will be priced out in their bid for Berbatov and also that he's most likely to move to Barca. They also said that Spurs officials were in Barcelona in an apparent bid for Eto'o. I heard one another rumour about another player too, but I couldn' remember it now...

No no no. Not a Spurs transfer Rumour but for another BPL team. For some reason I can only remember the Spurs rumour... Confused

I'll post it as soon as I remember it... I remember about the Keegan meeting, Sven Goran's Benfica move rumours(For some reason they showed Manuel Rui Costa being in London for that news bit, I dunno why??? Confused ) but I just couldn't remember the 3rd rumour about a player linked with another BPL team...

Spurs buying the Premier League's Second Division off of Everton i see. Shameful.

On another note, where do Spurs get all their money from?

None of our money comes from a rich owner or capital injection, all transfers and wages comes out of cashflow. That is the reason other premier league clubs look to us as the perfect business model for a football club.

Ben91 i dont want to post it in here but i recently read a really good post by someone on another forum about Spurs finances that you might be interested in. And all Spurs fans should read too, especially Becks as it seems she has no idea.

Ive posted it in the Spurs section you can find it here.

Also have been told that Berbatov is definitely going to Spain, either Madrid or Barcelona.

Sad

Will have to give him a good send off on Sunday then. Hopefully he can bag a goal in his last appearance.

I hope the fans do give him a good send off, would be such a shame if some gave him abuse for it.
