hello every one, now I'm coaching team U11 for Al-Ahli Academy in Saudi Arabia and guys let me tell you we have a good team. befor I worked with a brazilan coach side by side now they want me to take over the team and we are going to camp in Qatar in July to play against Aspire Academy ( strong Academy in Mid East) its a big step for me spically I'm holding a Lev one coaching from the FA and almost one year working with top coach's from around the world ( dutch, brazilan, france & egypt) very nice.
well I need some good tips about coaching U11 ( web pages & drills)

guys, for team U11 we play with 7 players plus GK total 8 players. the coach befor me use to play with a system 2-3-2. now I wanna play with 3-3-1. I think 3-3-1 for me give me alot of option in DEF & ATT.
what do you think ?? and is there good web site about 3-3-1 ??
