No wonder you're a small club if that's the highlight of the season.

It isn't.

My mate text me saying that on his way to the stadium about an hour before kick off, he saw Lennon driving in his car; heading away from WHL Question Any of your ITK's know anything about that BJ?

Thanks God this season is over, this game sounded a complete non-entity and its a shame we couldn't finish on a high, but not the end of the world either.

I am looking forward to Ramos having settled in and getting to work with the lads all summer, and bring in a few new faces to work with.

Jol was a star, but Ramos steadied the ship when it needed it - and capped it off with a piece of silverware.

We have won more than Arsenal for the past 3 seasons!!! Very Happy
I have been waiting a very long time to say that.

Not on really, in my opinion - to be seen by fans driving away from the stadium (unless he had a genuine reason) is not on. Last day of the season, he should be there to at least 'say thanks' to all the fans like Matt who watched week in week out even when we, Lennon included, played sh*t.

Ah, i'm very pleased to round the season off with a 2-0 victory at a place like White Hart Lane. Never thought we'd get a cleansheet either. So good on the lads for that... now we can go into pre-season less disheartened by no silverware, rejuvenate and then start the new campaign fully prepared.

I couldn't watch the match, sadly, so if anyone (Mrtz) who has could help me out a little please:

What did we do good?

What did we do bad?

Who was good?

Who was bad?

Apparently Skrtel was Man of the Match?

How did Insua fare?

Indeed.

a bottom half finish for Spurs and an uninspiring points tally from the Messiah Ramos since his arrival at the club. a mickey mouse trophy glossing over what has been a pathetic season for the yids in the league including under Ramos.

i think next season Spurs should aim a bit higher and try to make the top half of the league. progression is the key.

What did we do good? Probably like a replay of the Manchester City match. Lifeless in the first with little spurts of magic (Arbeloa and Voronin for the first goal, and absolutely superb skill by Torres on the 2nd) in the 2nd half.

What did we do bad? Just the usual mistakes again (bad finishing to stick out like a sore thumb... 2 goals off about 15 or more shots), much like the Man City match. Can't really fault anyone at this point because it was obvious that this was a side-show when it came to the bill of matches today.

Who was good? Arbeloa, Torres, and Gerrard caught my eye today. But a decent performance overall from most involved.

Who was bad? Despite the goal scored, Voronin was pretty bad. Not as bad as we've seen before, but definitely won't be in the starting XI (I hope) very many times next season. Had a good touch taking the Arbeloa pass to score, but that's pretty much it. Big, slow, and clumsy is he.

Babel missed a few chances again and he really has to work on finishing.

Apparently Skrtel was Man of the Match? Not sure. I was watching some Arabic coverage, so I didn't watch the post-game stuff. For me MOTM is Torres all the way.

How did Insua fare? Other than the yellow card, was decent, IMO. Not influential, but got the job done.

If he was heading home because he wasn't playing due to failing a fitness test, then let the silly little boy go and cry. If that is the case, fair enough, the guy wants to play football, but it is a team game, and if he can't be part of the line up, it doesn't mean he isn't part of the team. He should have stayed and supported his team mates.

If there was a genuine reason for him having to leave then fair enough, I wont question that.

I just hope there was a genuine reason.
