I've just gotten into a fight with a fugly lady businesswoman over use of the lone outlet for our respective laptops' power cords. I let her have it because I don't want to deal with a hormonal 40-year old betch at 6 in the morning in the middle of JFK airport. If I stop posting that means my battery is done.

How do you do that, without knowing the password? I'd love to be able to do that roaming around and about with my iPhone.

From what I've seen, not everyone sets up a password - a mate didn't for ages.

But, if you use a router from Netgear, and have a problem like I did, they went through the routine, then suggested I use my real name, then, as a password, my phone number without the leading 0.
So - anyone nearby with a telephone directory may just try looking up people in case they have a Netgear router and have followed their advice.
