well i am even more pleased Portsmouth won then ....it was nice to see two former Arsenal favourites get winners medals . It was expected that Sol Campbell and Kanu would just fade into obscurity after leaving Arsenal ....but they have done superbly well since joining Portsmouth and for Kanu must have been a dream to first get them to the final and then actually score the winning goal for Portsmouth .

quite right.

i bet Campbell in particular had a smug grin on his face all night after all the grief he got from all angles.
