He chose money over a football place, could've become something had he joined Juve. He still has a chance to prove himself with Juve it seems.

I take it he hasn't impressed then. Although very few would get ahead of Alex, Terry and Carvalho even if they did impress.

True, I really did expect Ivanovic to be a decent defender, but he's not getting any chance at Stamford Bridge. For his own sake he should move, not sure why Juve are offering him a loan-deal though.

Cassano COULD be a good capture. But then again, he could bugger it up for him self again. Hopefully he realises he's running out of time if he's going to make a real success of his career.

I think he's been a real gentleman for Italy so far and that is because he realizes what you just said. This is his last chance and if he begins screwing up like he did at Samp then no big team will take him.

Juve To Sell Trez For Huntelaar?

Juventus may consider selling David Trezeguet to make room for the arrival of Klaas Jan Huntelaar from Ajax.

The Blaugrana have been trying to move in for the prolific striker ever since the Serie A season came to an end last month. Trezegol enjoyed a brilliant campaign with the Old Lady and finished only second to Alessandro Del Piero in the Capocannoniere chart.

Juve have been keen to keep Trezeguet on their books but CalcioMercato claims that the Old Lady may sell their hit-man to make way for Ajax star Klass Jan Huntelaar.

The Dutch star has hit a whopping 72 goals in 80 games for the Amsterdam based club and it seems as if Juve want to make room for him by selling Trez.

I thought bigger clubs were interested in Huntelaar than Juventus. Can't see it happening really.

No club is bigger than Juventus and that's why Trezeguet wants to stay here rather than move to Barca.

No thats loyalty to the club. No club is bigger than the likes of Real Madrid and Manchester United. Your overexaggerating your own club...

ha that's a laugh.

Real Madrid are the biggest club in the world, Juventus aren't even on the same planet. It's also because he wont even get in the team at Real.

Hard to knock out the competition when you have Saviola and Higuain.

Forgetting Raul and Van Nistelrooy? Plus David Villa who is likely to be moving to Real?

There is a striker who plays alongside Nistelrooy and that man is either Saviola, Raul, Higuain most of the time Raul. Trezeguet scores more than all of them so there is no competition, Nistelrooy and Trezeguet, I think everybody agrees...

You rate Trezeguet higher than Amauri and Amauri was wanted by Madrid

So Real Madrid are going to drop their captain and hero Raul for some 30+ year old Frenchmen? There is no chance at all of that happening.

Besides Raul contributes far more than just goals, so it's foolish to judge him purely on that.

That said Trezeguet scored 20 in 34 last year.

Raul scored 18 in 37 so they are not that far away in terms of goals.

and as I said Raul has a lot more to his game besides and is the most popular player in the entire squad for Real Madrid. No chance is he ever getting dropped for Trezeguet.

I know, just like Ronaldo, Beckham weren't going to be dropped, guess what they were by Capello. Trezeguet scores more goals and makes assists too.
