Cesar held talks with Lazio management yesterday about his future.
The Brazilian returned to Rome on the weekend accompanied by his agent, Gilmar Veloz. While Cesar spoke with Lazio officials, Veloz travelled to Milan to hold talks with Inter.
The pair will be together today for more talks with Lazio. Veloz knows Cesar has some bridges to mend with Lazio if he is to seal a move to Inter this month.
Cesar slammed Lazio's new contract offer as "ludicrous" last month and has remained in Brazil until this week, much to the anger of coach Delio Rossi.
Would this be a good move for Inter and Cesar?
