Why not making a special topic about the French league? Confused I think the league is interesting and big enough to make a seperate topic instead of being under "other leagues".

Yes like Guillaume Hoarau who had scored 28 goals this season and there are few players with experience like Nicolas Gillet who played for Nantes and Lens, and Christophe Revault who started his career with Le Havre but played PSG, Rennes and Toulouse and came back to Le Havre. Wink

Hey i see there's other french like me on this forum who want to speak english. I am a Girondins de Bordeaux fan and i listened to the match last night on RMC-info. The reporter for the match Rennes-Marseille was totally crazy on this radio.
However it's very pleasant to see as much goal for the first ligue 1 day of championship.

I'm not sur you will be agree with me, but I think that this year Lyon can be widely worried. On the paper, Bordeaux and Marseille's squad are quite better than Lyon one. I'm happy because as soon as the beginning of the championship, Bordeaux is already launched to fight for the title.

Reims (19) 1-3 AC Ajaccio (14)
Metz (5) 1-0 Tours FC (3)

That's the results of the second day of Ligue 2.

Troyes 1-2 Bastia

Amiens 1-1 Boulogne-sur-Mer
Clermont Foot 0-1 Vannes OC

Nîmes 0-1 Brest
Strasbourg 1-0 Montpellier

and that's those of the first day.

(I am too a supporter of Guingamp)

I agree with you,Bordeaux or Marseille can played the title. On the paper Bordeaux,Marseille and Lyon are equal.I think Bordeaux is a very good team, they are complete.Marseille have an offensif potential very huge but the defender are worrying. So,I think, this year,Bordeaux can win the title

Je le dis en Français car mon Anglais n'est pas bon;

Marseille's problem at the last day of championship is that Hilton wasn't very confident because of his disastrous season with Lens. Moreover, Herbate isn't enough good to play at Marseille. It was their first match together in an official competition so it can be an other explanation.
