10. Newcastle United

Okay, here we go...

1. Chelsea
2. Manchester United
3. Liverpool
4. Arsenal
5. Aston Villa
6. Manchester City
7. West Ham United
8. Tottenham Hotspur
9. Portsmouth
10. Everton
11. Middlesbrough
12. Wigan Athletic
13. Newcastle United
14. Sunderland
15. Fulham
16. Bolton Wanderers
17. Blackburn Rovers
18. Stoke City
19. West Bromwich Albion
20. Hull City

Difficult to say though before the window closes. If Barry leaves Villa for example, i wouldn't expect them to be 5th; and if Everton make some big signings, they'd be well up there again.

heres what i think

I can't believe the Independent newspaper's premier league table prediction:

1. Man Utd
2. Liverpool (!!)
3. Chelsea
4. Arsenal
5. Portsmouth
6. Aston Villa
7. Everton
8. FULHAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
9. Tottenham

Sod the rest.

Now, I can understand the thinking that (as well as the big four) teams like Portsmouth, Villa and Everton will finish above Tottenham. Maybe even Man City. Even Blackburn at a push. But Fulham??? That's taking the raw p1ss right there!!! I can't believe a respected broadsheet newspaper can conjure up such a bullsh1t prediction like that.

If Fulham actually finish above us I'll shave my head and post it on here for evidence. It won't be pretty so be wise and hope they don't Wink

PS - Liverpool above Chelsea is another joke prediction, but on a lesser scale.
