How did he keep his job for so long? The man was a disaster.
After some of the dire performances recently the sack was a long time coming.He should have been booted out after that sorry showing at Wigan in the cup,but he should have definately gone before the end of the transfer window.
His incompetance and that of his so called coaches has caused a lot of people a lot of pain.HE cost us Emre and Dyer for a large part of the season by rushing them back against
Man Utd.He then rushed Steven Taylor back after a dislocated shoulder and he's out for the rest of the season.
And while I'm on a rant how many other people can be so sh**e at their job they get the sack and then get a
huge payoff for getting their employers into a
worse position than when they started?
Anyway here's to a new start and hopefully a much needed win on Saturday !!!!
