Udinese veteran defender Nestor Sensini has been installed as caretaker coach after Serse Cosmi's sacking this morning.
After an emergency board meeting last night, it was announced this morning that Cosmi has been relieved of his duties.
Argentine Sensini takes over with immediate effect. The defender will not be a player-coach, having thrashed out a compo deal for the final four months of his playing contract with Udinese officials last night.
Cosmi has also agreed to a compensation deal, with his Udinese contract running to June, 2007.
