Yep, at least we don't cry like you for the referee, despite He was blind and missed two clear penalties when the result was 1-0 and the keeper should have been sent off.
Anyway, excellent match of Zaragoza. It's the first match that Real loses in 2006 (Barcelona has already lost twice BTW). Congrats Zaragoza, we'll see in Bernabeu. |

Wow, what a game.
Madrids defence looked shakey right from the start and they were torn apart. I disagree Raul there was only one penalty decision i'm not convinced about the second one at all. And the last goal was out of this world. I'm still reeling from it |

I just wonder if the Galactico's are afraid of Monsieur Henry, van Persie etc.

I think they should be now.
They were dreadful last night. I know Arsenal haven't been playing well but i'd still back them to win. |

It was pretty embarrassing for Real Madrid, I think the body language of Casillas said a lot, he was very tired of having balls fly by him and into the net, and the look on Roberto Carlos' face was one of shock and unbelief. I know I was amazed at what I was watching.
But we need to give Zaragoza its due, it's been the 'giant killers' here recently and they have played excellent attacking football. Well done..... |

What a game it was! Best Spanish game ive watched this season. It was exciting attacking football right from the kick off. Milito got 4 goals and Ewerthon another 2. Thats more than 30 goals between them this seson already. Reals defence was truely awful but I have to give credit to Zaragozas attack. They deserve to win the cup now after knocking barca out already. Zaragoza have a great record in the cup in recent years

REAL - Arsenal, a must see game. I am neutral here. Real is my second favorite club in Spain and Arsenal my second favorite in England. Allow me to analyze the game: GOAL KEEPER: Casillas is better DEFENSE: Both clubs have a poor defense ATTACK: Both clubs have world class strikers, but Real has more choices I think the MIDFIELD will decide the outcome of the game: Real has Zidane and Beckham, world top midfielders, but both old As for Arsenal, they have henry who doesnt rely on the midfielders to make a difference. My pronostics are as follow: Real will win at Bernabeu and Arsenal will win at highburry. With Henry likely to score at Bernabeu, Arsenal has a slight chance to go through: Arsenal 52%; REAL 48% |

I have a question, Arsenal defence is really as poor as Real Madrid one??
Salgado is quite good too, but he has come from an injury and he's not in his best. And Roberto Carlos... he still has the strenght of his young days, but he has lost speed, it's not the same. My team for that match would be this one: _________________________________CASILLAS_____________________________________ CICINHO________________________________________________________ROBERTO CARLOS ________________________HELGUERA_______WOODGATE______________________________ _______________________________SERGIO RAMOS____________________________________ BECKHAM________________________________________________________________ROBINHO ____________________________________GUTI________________________________________ ___________________________________ZIDANE_______________________________________ __________________________________RONALDO______________________________________ |

I"d definetly rather have Toure & Senderos as the our two centre backs over Madrids. Without Campbell, Lauren, Cole, Clichy, van Persie, Cygan, Gilbert (should be back though) I think we can still beat Madrid.
Pires will get you a goal quicker than Beckham & Beckham can't defend nor take on players. Zidane isn't the same & we've got an athletic youth midfield. If Gilberto plays well & Diaby plays anyway better than last game, we'll be the stronger team IMO. I don't understand how Henry is our only possibility of winning. This season, Toure & Lehmann have been our most consistent. Casillas is better than Lehmann? Ok. Lehmann hasn't let in more than 2 at most in a game. Different leagues, but I can't say the same for Iker. |

I reckon Real Madrid will get Arsenal because why would care about the spanish cup?In the league, their last game was a 4-0 win but Real have more quality than Arsenal in all areas except defence where Real madrid need a new centre back and to sell one of them and a striker too must be sold, like Baptisa, shame he hasnt performed as well i thought he'd have been better off staying at Sevilla for one more season,or going somewhere like Villareal

I think they have more quality than Arsenal all over the pitch, have you seen Arsenal's injury list? In defence they are down to the bare minimum, Sol Campbell just got injured again and the new young boy who came through Gilbert also just got injured and adding to what they had before that is very worrying! Arsenal will be lucky to get a draw when they face Madrid in my opinion, I have even put a £10 bet on them to get beat by Bolton today at 11/2 which I thought was pretty good odds! *Now 1-0 to Bolton!! Kevin Nolan! GET IN! |

I know Lehmann, I've seen him in lots of matches since He was in Borussia. He's good, I've gotta admit it, I would say he is the second best keeper in the premier, but Casillas is simply amazing. The shame is that Real defende is worse than my grandfather, and Henry (or other players) can take advantage of it.
And btw, Zidane and Guti are the best of Madrid this year (with Cicinho). So I can say Zizou is not over yet. |

The one shocking thing here is why didn't you pick Raul in your team raul????
For me Real Madrid will have had a massive wake up call after this 6-1 hammering, the alarm bells will have rung loud and clear, the Champions League will fire every player up no matter who they would be playing,Arsenal will be very lucky if they get a draw home or away,i can't see anything apart from a Madrid win, they have far too many options all over the pitch and Arsenal are too weak at the moment |

I thought he was going to struggle to be back for the World Cup, I heard that a while ago. Real won 2-0 last night, I only watched the first 20 minutes but it looked pretty comfortable.

Yeah, it wasn't a difficult match though. And Raul is almost totally fine. He will play some minutes this month, I'm sure.

If Zizou keeps the actual pace, I might reconsider my pronostics. Anyway, it is gonna be a nice game for me. No heart pounding, no sweating and whoever wins I am happy. *Time to order some champagne |
