Ipswich accept bid for Bent

Ipswich have accepted a bid from Charlton for striker Darren Bent.

Would he be a good signing for Charlton??

Bad move for Darren Bent in my opinion!

He could have joined a stronger squad!

Nooo, the best he would get is Everton. This is a great deal for Bent and Charlton. Darren Bent is overated in the Championship, when he plays against Danny Shittu, Danny Gabbidon, Tomas Repka, James Collins he doesnt stand out much. Its against the smaller clubs he does.

Brilliant deal !! How much is this though ?

He has completed a move to Charlton by the way.

Feel sorry for ipswich, due to another miss on the big time they have had to let another quality player go. Although with their youth system it won't be long before they can have another crack.
