In all seriousness what would you do?
me, i'd ask graeme souness to step down, if he didn't then i suppose i'd talk him into it by saying that life is going to get very difficult for him (if you know what i mean, a few bricks through the window etc)
if he did leave, then i'd attempt to being in Martin O'Neill, then that german bloke, then i'd go for keegan as a temporary measure, he'd do great for the feel good factor around the place.
i'd also encourage the new boss to work with what he has until the end of the season and offer them as much dollar as possible to change the squad as they feel.
