Merthyr & district football leagues

Does anyone know of good web sites that cover the Merthyr & District leagues that feed into the South Wales league ? The only one I can find that gives any info is the Treharris Western Football Club site.

Well if you go on yellowjersey.co.uk then you region Wales and then choose a league in Wales !

Thanks welsh boy. I also know of that site which is great for Bridend, Port Talbot, Rhondda etc but unfortunately does not cover the Merthyr leagues
