Arsenal step up Hleb interest |
|
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger was in Germany last night to seal a deal with Stuttgart over the possible transfer of Belarussian internation, Hleb.
Wenger is stepping up his bid to land Belarus national team captain Aleksander Hleb, who he sees as a direct replacement for Edu, who left them to sign for Spanish team, Valencia. Wenger hopes that a deal can be thrrashed out with the German team rating Hleb in the £7million bracket, which is unlikely to deter a team that has beeen following the player for a year now. |

Be intresting, because they have already rejected a bid by Stuttgart. So I would like to see how ambitious they are to get Hleb. He is a top defender. But I dont think the enlgish game is for him.
