Celtic manager Ronny Deila has announced that he will be leaving as coach of the club at the end of the season!

Has he been a success or failure at Parkhead?

    Re: Scottish Premiership/Championship 2015/16

He has been a clear failure. He took over the best team in the league without any team able to challenge them and he should have lead them to a treble last year and this year. The 2 league titles mean nothing really, but they have been given a real challenge with Aberdeen this season and were looking shaky. The performances have been awful and the only way you can really judge them is by their European results which have been shocking. They have failed to get to the Champions League and have failed in the Europa League. The reaction from the Celtic fans has been one of relief!. Having said that you cant really blame him for their League Cup exit this year as they were up against the best team in the world!.

David Moyes, Brendan Rodgers and Henrik Larsson have all been linked with the job but Neil Lennin has also said that he would be interested in a return to Parkhead.

Celtic are champions again in Scotland for a 5th season in a row after winning 3-1 away at Hearts but made hard work of it!

Celtic aren't champions just yet as Aberdeen beat Motherwell 4-1 but will be if they beat the Dons at Parkhead next weekend.

    Final Table

    1 Celtic 38 26 8 4 93 31 62 86

    2 Aberdeen 38 22 5 11 62 48 14 71

    3 Hearts 38 18 11 9 59 40 19 65

    4 St Johnstone 38 16 8 14 58 55 3 56

    5 Motherwell 38 15 5 18 47 63 -16 50

    6 Ross County 38 14 6 18 55 61 -6 48

    7 Inverness CT 38 14 10 14 54 48 6 52

    8 Dundee 38 11 15 12 53 57 -4 48

    9 Partick Thistle 38 12 10 16 41 50 -9 46

    10 Hamilton 38 11 10 17 42 63 -21 43

    11 Kilmarnock 38 9 9 20 41 64 -23 36

    12 Dundee Utd 38 8 7 23 45 70 -25 28

Celtic made hard work of it but end Champions. The 15 point gap at the top isnt a true reflection of the season really. The Dons fell apart at the end and County thump them 4-0 at Pittodrie while Celtic sign off with a 7-0 drubbing of Motherwell. Killie head to the play-off with Falkirk and the Arabs are already down. We finish 6th and ahead of Caley for the first time ever - yet Caley have more points! - Scottish Football , barmy!.
