    2016/17-Champions League Final-Juventus v Real Madrid-3rd June

Juventus will take on Real Madrid in Cardiff,Wales.
The Italians were beaten by Barcelona back in 2015 final
so will want to make amends this time and maybe win
a treble as they are about to take Serie A title and are in cup final.
Madrid could become first team in modern era to retain the trophy.
Gareth Bale will be keen to take to the field in his home town.

    Vamos, Madrid!
Hope Bale doesn't start, He's glass made and would get injured again. Juventus will be a very tough team to beat and I expect a tight game between two greats of european football.
Raúl González Over 400 career goals, 3 UCL, 6 La Liga, Top scorer in history of UCL and Spain's national team for a decade, captain of one of the best generations of players in Real Madrid history.

I do believe that Real Madrid will have a narrow win against Juventus. I don't see Juventus winning the title just not yet as long as Cristiano Ronaldo are still in the club

Only mild interest in the outcome of the final tbh, but I'll watch it of course. Kind of hoping Juventus do it to deny Real Madrid yet another predictable trophy, sport needs variety in the winners. Interested to see if the Bale man comes on, and what contribution he makes. I suspect he will be the "go to" substitution if Madrid are behind or level after half time...
    He's magic you kno-oow, Mauricio Poch-ett-ino!

    Here we go!
I'd like to see Buffon win the CL before he retires.
Gareth Bale doesn't start but is on bench.
Will Madrid become first team to ever retain the competition?

Well, hairy bum cakes, highly entertaining first half with a couple of stunning goals, now Juve 1 Real Madrid 3, game over. Juve played their game, Madrid played theirs. Cannot fault either team, they played to their strengths the more attacking side came out on top. Fair enough, the way it should be.

    Juventus 1-4 Real Madrid
    0-1 Ronaldo 20'
    1-1 Mandzukic 27'
    1-2 Casemiero 61'
    1-3 Ronaldo 64'
    1-4 Asensio 90'

Madrid become the first team ever to retain the CL trophy!

It was a cracking first half and i thought Juventus started the
game better but they then went unfairly behind to Ronaldo's deflected
shot until Mandzukic volleyed in a spectacular shot just before
the break to make it 1-1 at half time.

I'm not sure what Zidane said to his players during the interval
but Los Blancos dominated the second period and deserved to win.
Ronaldo had another great game and has now scored over 600 goals.

Its sad that Buffon will end his career without winning the CL but
he has been a world class keeper and will be remembered as a legend.

Whats that now, 3 CL victories in last 4 years for Madrid? More to come?

Yaaay!! Well done guys!! Nice game and strong second half

I'm sorry about Buffon too, although the fact that he doesn't have a UCL trophy doesn't make him a worse keeper. Much respect for Gigi.

huge congratulations to Real Madrid in what ended up a dominating win against a top class team.

Ronaldo once again silences his jealous critics with a man of the match performance and a couple of goals to once again finish top scorer while Zidane picks up yet another trophy to continue his glittering football career.

    glorious scenes.
