Can he do it against Real Madrid though or the major nations like Spain and Germany?

Good game for Bale, He's been improving in the past weeks. This means he will get injured soon. Bale's loop, I'm afraid
Raúl González Over 400 career goals, 3 UCL, 6 La Liga, Top scorer in history of UCL and Spain's national team for a decade, captain of one of the best generations of players in Real Madrid history.

4-1 for United. Not much of a contest to be fair and the CSKA defence were shocking. We could have bagged another 4 or 5 and i'm just disappointed that we conceded late on.

I think he can if he gets the service mate, one thing you can say about him is it not just the weaker teams he scores against. I don't want to tempt fate but I think he may be coming into his prime, quite exciting if true from an England fans point of view, as well (obviously) from a Tottenham point of view.
