    Arsenal v Brighton-1st Oct-12 pm.

Arsenal won their last game 2-0 against West Brom at
the Emirates with LaCazette scoring both goals for the Gunners.

Brighton won their last match 1-0 at home against Newcastle
but will now be without Tomer Hamed who is banned for 3 games.

I'm sure Specs will join me in wishing the very best for Chris Hughton, I'd love to see him make Brighton a success in this league on so many levels. A tremendous fella, cant help but like him. However, Arsenal at home are very strong, I see Brighton giving them a fright but ultimately class will tell.

    FT
    Arsenal 2-0 Brighton

Gunners controlled most of game apart from last 5 mins.

Excellent back heel from man of match Sanchez to set up Iwobi.

Arsenal have improved a lot since that 4-0 thrashing by Liverpool.

6 wins out of 7 games with 15 goals scored and only 3 conceded.

I still think its unlikely that they will finish in the top 4 though this season.

We definitely won't finish in the top 4 this this season.

Arsene 21 years as an Arsenal manager? I feel we should have a whip round to buy the old fella a present. I've got $30 from the Barbados Central Bank from a distant holiday, I'm sure it must be worth a pound sterling today(maybe). Come on Pokers, put your hand in your pocket, I think a card is the least we can do...

Most of us neutrals would prefer it if Wenger stays as he
is no longer any danger so i wont be contributing to any leaving gifts.

I've laid out all I'm going to until the old boy is eventually sectioned.

Aren't Spurs selling "Wenger, we want you to stay" merchandise outside Wembley?

I'm surprised he hasn't called Nacho Monreal a racist and Iwobi a sambo for scoring against Chris on behalf of their pasty, melanin deprived gaffer.

I haven't seen anyone flogging pro-Wenger merchandise, though I remember a bloke trying to sell scarves with that legend on at the last NLD at The Lane. He didn't appear to be shifting any, so he is probably still trying to get rid of the stock...

Where is Specs? Thought he'd be rubbing his hands at the prospect of a return to top four after this result...
