    Liverpool v Everton-10th December-2.15pm

Liverpool won their last game 3-0 away at Stoke
and have been unbeaten for some time now and sit in 4th in PL.

Everton won their first game under new manager Sam Allardyce
2-0 at home against Huddersfield and are slowly climbing up table.

    Liverpool 1-1 Everton

    Reds should really have won
with all those chances they created.
Should it have been a penalty for Everton?

I thought it was a "technical" penalty, but absolutely ludicrous that Everton burgled a point today, they were poor and hardly made it out of their own half for most of the game. Liverpool with the lion's share of possession and chances, but unable to make it tell, something I've seen watching Tottenham more than I care to remember this season. Still, no sympathy, you have to figure out a way to break down teams who "park the bus", the team that wins the league (let's face it, it is City) will beat the dull defensive teams like Everton. Liverpool are in the same place as Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea; top four is the limit of their league aspirations this season.
    He's magic you kno-oow, Mauricio Poch-ett-ino!
